About Shawn Miller

            My name is Shawn Miller, my roots are here in Lancaster County. I grew up in Lititz, and graduated from Warwick High School. I earned a business degree from Harrisburg Area Community College.  I think Lancaster County is a great place to grow up and raise a family.  I grew up in Lititz, but I am familiar with all of the townships within Lancaster County.  I now live in Manheim Township with my wife Candice, daughter Eva and son Ben. I have the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to guide you through the transaction from start to finish. If you choose to work with me, I will be your single point of contact and personally manage showings, paperwork, negotiations, scheduling and communication with all parties. We will take everything one step at a time as we work toward the goal of finding you the perfect home.

 I have a variety of prior work experience that has prepared me to work in real estate.  In 2002 I began working as a cabinet installer for 4 years. I gained extensive knowledge in kitchen and bath remodeling and installation, basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and flooring skills.  I have also worked on a paving crew and learned a lot about the excavation and paving industry through that experience.   Throughout my teenage and adult life I was employed at and continue to volunteer at Summer Camps doing a variety of maintenance work including landscaping, construction and repairs. I spent 10 years working as a Lancaster County Deputy Sheriff.  Through working at the Court House I have been exposed to a variety of legal proceedings and civil processes including levies, sheriff sales, and criminal and civil trials. I’ve been a realtor since 2015 and have been actively buying and selling homes in the Lancaster area for the past 8 years.

  I am excited to work with buyers and sellers to help them find the right home or to help them through transitions in their life.  My commitment to my clients is to use all of the skills I have gathered in construction and business to give them every advantage. I will make the real estate process as simple and transparent as possible.
